Payment Terms
New customers that place an order on AmeriPAK's web site are required to pay by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. If you are an established customer that has been approved for AmeriPAK's Preferred Customer program, you may place an order with your company's billing term.
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum dollar amount for orders. You may order as little as one item. However, one item may have a minimum quantity requirement. Freight charges will apply.
Tax Exempt Status
AmeriPAK is required to collect sales tax from companies in Connecticut and Massachusetts. If your purchase is tax exempt please
contact us to complete the required paperwork with your order.
Including a PO Number
You may include a purchase order number while processing your billing information. Please include it in the Purchase Order field on the Checkout page.
Custom Pricing
Depending on the volume of your order, you may qualify for discounted pricing. Please
contact us for a preferred customer price quote!
Order Fulfillment & Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation receipt when your order is placed online. A representative will then process your order and verify details with a Sales Order acknowledgment from AmeriPAK. Depending on stock availability, your order will ship within 24 hours of your sales order acknowledgment. If an item is back-ordered, a service representative will contact you before filling your order. AmeriPAK's hours of operation are 7:30am - 5pm EST.
